Here are our Store Policies

Pre Orders

All Pre Orders are Paid in full at checkout, We do our best to list the approximate month of arrival in the description. Funko rarely has street dates. So the month can change to earlier or later. Once we receive the items we will process for damages, then ship. We do not ship anything other than mint products to our customers. (Unless stated in description) If Pre Orders are received damaged, there might be a delay in shipping. On certain occasions we receive part of bundles. We will not ship out to customers until the complete bundle is received and processed. Any further Questions about Pre Orders feel free to contact us before purchasing. All cancelled pre orders will incur a 10% RESTOCKING FEE 

All sales are FINAL

The Big Pop Shop cannot accept returns on items which are not damaged. Returns will NOT be accepted on items which are not in 100% mint condition.

If pre-ordered items are purchased with in-stock items, your order will ship when all items you have ordered are in stock. No Exceptions

Sale Stated Box Damaged items are sold as is and are not returnable. Boxes and/or paints may not be perfect.

FREE SHIPPING-When using the FREE SHIPPING code UPS Ground 5 day Shipping is used. 

Box & Paint Condition

We do our best to hand pick quality items, however you might not receive a perfect box or paint job. There may be shelf-wear, creases, or slight imperfections from Store Exclusives. Unfortunately, we will not be able to exchange items due to imperfections. If you seek a perfect paint job and mint box, we recommend shopping at a brick and mortar store.

Refused Packages/ Incorrect Addresses 

Please ensure the accuracy of your address prior to submitting your order.  Packages which are returned due to incorrect addresses and/or refused, will be responsible for a 20% restock fee.  Shipping will also not be refunded.  Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear after the product returns.

Damaged Item During Shipping

All Items are packaged well to protect your order (Double Boxed if Requested). In the event your item is damaged during shipping due to the postal carrier, We will be unable to supply a refund for you. 

Sorry we cannot declare "GIFT" on any Customs Documents.

Canceled Orders

All cancelled orders will incur a 10% RESTOCKING FEE for Preorder or In stock Items.
